These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MauleAI — a private suite of personal-automation tools built and operated by Ryan Maule (“MauleAI”, “we”, “us”). By accessing MauleAI or its websites, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
MauleAI is a private, single-operator set of tools that automate personal administrative tasks such as collecting receipts, organizing expenses, and producing financial summaries. It is not a public or multi-user product, and no general sign-up or account is offered.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MauleAI or its websites, including by attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, interfering with normal operation, or using the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
3. Third-party services
MauleAI integrates with third-party services (for example, Google and Slack) at the operator's direction. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. MauleAI accesses third-party data only with authorization granted through each provider's secure authorization process, and on a read-only basis where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Intellectual property
The MauleAI name, logo, website, and software are the property of Ryan Maule. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as expressly permitted in writing.
5. No warranty
MauleAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information it produces is accurate or complete. Outputs are for convenience and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryan Maule will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) MauleAI.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
